  $900 To attend an international symposium on Chinese/American ceramic art and education in Jingdezhen, China in October of 2008, which will allow him to exchange ideas with ceramic artists and historians from both the U.S. and China.
 
  Dana Payne Manager of Community Affairs, August Wilson Center for African American Culture
  $900 To attend and participate in the Association of African American Museums' 2008 Annual Conference.
 
  Melinda Poellot Harkiewicz Publications Associate, Carnegie Museum of Art
  $900 To attend the 13th Annual National Museum Publishing Seminar in Chicago in June 2008, where she will learn from experts in the field of museum publishing, including editors, curators, publishers and directors, and network with colleagues in the field.

  $900 To attend the National Performing Arts Convention and breakout sessions with Chorus America, held in Denver CO on June 10-14, 2008.

  $500 To fund costs associated with attending the annual USITT (United States Institute for Theatre Technology) Conference and Stage Expo, held this year in Houston, TX, March 19-22, 2008.

  $750 To attend the 2008 IEG Sponsorship Conference in Chicago from March 16-19, 2008.

Kim Baker Public Art Division Manager, City of Pittsburgh
  $750 To cover registration fees and accommodations for the Americans for the Arts 2008 Annual Convention, American Evolution: Arts in the New Civic Life.
 
Tamara Goldbogen Education Director, Shakespeare-in-the-Schools, University of Pittsburgh Theatre Arts Department
  $1,000 To participate as a Delegate and Presenter in the 16th ASSITEJ World Congress and Performing Arts Festival (that celebrates theatre for children and young people made by artists from across the globe) on May 9-18, 2008, in Adelaide, Australia.
     
  Rachel Delphia Assistant Curator of Decorative Arts, Carnegie Museum of Art
  $1,000 To support participation in the Attingham Summer School in England from July 4-22, 2008, where I will study renowned English country houses and their collections, hear lectures from leading decorative arts scholars, and network with fellow museum professionals and collectors from around the world.

  $610 To attend the annual Education and Community Engagement Mid-Year Meeting of the League of American Orchestras taking place in Detroit on February 21-23.

  $940 To attend the "Under the Radar" performance festival and symposium in New York in January 2008.
