Government Support

The quality programs and services the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council is able to provide to citizens throughout our region are made possible in part by generous annual grants from the following entities:
  The Allegheny Regional Asset District (ARAD) for providing general operating support which helps to maintain the variety of programs and services we offer to the local arts community, including ProArtsTickets.
   
  The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts for providing operating support and partnering with the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council to administer the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PA Partners) regranting initiative. PA Partners provides grants to support performances and exhibitions produced by arts organizations, individual artists and community-based organizations.
   
  The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for providing significant support to programming associated with The Office of Public Art, through the Visual Arts: Access to Artistic Excellence program.
